A little less overwhelm.

All your projects.
A clear next move.

A calm hub for solo entrepreneurs with several projects on the go. Keep each roadmap in one place and pick up where you left off.

A small beginningInteractive example
YOUR NEXT MOVE

Open a blank page. Give it a name.

Call it ‘My next chapter’. That’s all this move needs.

One thing in front of you. Room to breathe.

Made with ADHD minds in mind.
And anyone with a lot on theirs.

One move at a time
Room for real life
Every little win counts

You bring the idea.
We make room for a beginning.

Less time organising the mountain. More room to take a step.

Start wherever you are.

A big ambition. An overdue errand. That thing you keep putting off. Tell the coach, or make your own plan.

Meet your next move.

Once you begin, the rest of the list steps out of sight. If this move feels too big, make it smaller.

Look what you did.

Your wins count up as you go. Finish a goal and the whole journey appears. A little moment to take it in.

Built around you

Some days, a little
is a lot.

Your energy changes. Your next move can, too. Check in with yourself and find something that feels possible today.

Pause a goal when life gets full. Pick it up when there’s room. You’re allowed to go at your own pace.

Find your own rhythm

What feels possible today?

Start with the energy you have.

A gentle beginning

Keep it light. Make a little space on your desk.

Example suggestions. Your workspace uses your own goals.

A little support,
right when you need it.

A place for the wandering thought. A way through the sticky bit.

Thought arrived?
Give it somewhere to land.

Capture it in your brain dump without losing your place. Sort it into a goal when you’re ready.

That idea for the weekend…
A little headspace, without changing the subject.

Just a little focus.

Set a 10, 15, or 25 minute sprint. Pause when you need to. Come back to the same small move.

Make the first step smaller.

Ask the coach for help, or break it down yourself. There’s always room for a gentler starting point.

A space that feels like yours.

Daylight or after hours. Laptop or phone. A comfortable view, wherever your day takes you.

A few things
you might wonder.

A little clarity before you begin.

What makes Onwards different from a to-do list?

Each project has its own roadmap and a place to leave notes for next time. Review the bigger picture when you need it, then enter Focus to work on one action. Completed work stays in your history.

Is Onwards made for people with ADHD?

Yes. It’s designed around common experiences like feeling overwhelmed by a long list, getting stuck on where to start, and having a thought arrive halfway through something else. You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis to find it useful.

Do I have to use AI?

No. You can write your own goal and steps, and split a move into smaller actions yourself. The AI coach is there when you want help finding a starting point, breaking something down, or sorting a thought.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The workspace adapts to your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can also add it to your home screen. With an account, your goals are saved to your workspace so you can pick them up on another device.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. The demo includes sample goals and lets you explore the workspace, make a goal, complete moves, and try a focus sprint. Demo changes stay in your browser. Cloud sync, AI coaching, and voice capture require an account.

How do I get access?

Onwards is invite-only while we refine the experience. You can request early access, or explore the demo right now. Existing members can sign in with an email link. No password to remember.

You don’t have to do it all.
Just the next little thing.

Onwards is invite-only for now. Make yourself at home in the demo, or put your hand up for early access.
